Wieland and Third Palm Capital Celebrate Milestone for VistaBlue Singer Island.

National construction firm Wieland and developer Third Palm Capital commemorated the topping off of VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique oceanfront condominium located along the coast of Florida’s Palm Beaches, at a luncheon ceremony on March 3, 2017.
Construction commenced on the high-profile project – the first luxury condominium to be built on the island in nearly a decade – in late 2015, and the building is on schedule to be completed in January 2018. In an unusual move, the developer is working with the builder and interior designer to open four fully finished and furnished model residences for prospective buyers to tour while the property is still under construction.
Designed by architect GliddenSpina, the 19-story condominium tower offers 58 spacious residences with oversized terraces overlooking a pristine private beach with prices ranging from $1.4 million to nearly $8 million for penthouse residences. Award-winning design firm Interiors by Steven G designed all of the residences and amenity spaces.
