Porsche Design Tower Unveils Sky-High PH Car Gallery.
April 6, 2016
Developer Gil Dezer wants residents to park 11 cars in their living room. No, this is not an April Fool’s joke, but the new reality with today’s unveiling of Porsche Design Tower’s new penthouse car gallery.
With the new addition of Miami’s highest-elevated and most expensive parking space, Porsche Design Tower’s $32.5 million penthouse will now be able to house up to 11 prized vehicles soaring 57 stories high in the sky.
Featuring dynamic city and ocean views, the owner can design the private garage as a gallery-like space -- with enough room for a living room, bar and billiard table for entertaining fellow car collector friends – or choose to maximize the space for up to seven vehicles. The penthouse also features two separate two-car sky garages.
With only six units of the ultra-luxury tower’s 132-units remaining – inclusive of its four-level, 16,915 square foot penthouse – and completion slated for third quarter 2016, Porsche Design’s first landmark foray into residential real estate is nearing the finish line.
